Bio
After a four-decade career as a CPA and CFO, I turned to screenwriting to explore the stories that had quietly accumulated over a lifetime. My work is drawn to ordinary people who unexpectedly inherit extraordinary responsibilities—whether through family, history, or community—and the moral choices that follow. Many of my stories are inspired by years of studying Chinese history and culture, but they are ultimately about universal questions of stewardship, identity, and what we owe those who came before us. I write character-driven dramas where emotional truth emerges through behavior rather than spectacle, and where the most important inheritances are rarely financial.
